Attention John and team,
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the work that you did on my house fixing all the hail and wind damage. I can’t thank you enough for the professionalism of the guys on the entire project. Never once did I have to go behind them and pick up garbage or clean my house because of the work they did. On and even greater note for me you guys did what most companies don’t. You remembered to take care of all the minor little details at the end of the project that can be a hassle. Managing a business I understand that the big project is easier than the little details that can be missed. I appreciate all your help from the start of the bidding process, to working with the insurance company rules and working with the city codes and rules. You allowed me enough input into the project that I could feel extremely comfortable and the project moved forward to completion. As with all projects little things came up that were not expected and between all of you we had a great line of communication to deal with those issues and you guys had enough flexibility to work with my quirky requests that may have been sometimes outside the scope of the work but someone always was willing to talk about them or to just jump in and get them done.

In the day and age of contractors not always being honest, I am very glad to say you guys stand above the rest. If you choose, feel free to have people look at my house as a viewing of your quality work or have them contact me if they have questions about your company’s work quality.
